Where Healing Meets Hope: Regenerative Wellness Is Coming Soon
New possibilities for supporting health through thoughtful care.
By Maria Chah, DOM, AP & Jennifer Troyan
Chah Acutherapy is excited to share that regenerative medicine will be added this Fall as a new offering to complement the practice’s existing wellness and healing modalities. This article is intended to introduce the topic in a general, educational way and help you understand what questions to ask if you are curious about whether this approach may be appropriate for you.
Regenerative medicine is an evolving area of health care with growing public interest. As with any treatment, it is important to understand the potential benefits, limitations, safety considerations, and regulatory status before deciding whether to move forward. If you are interested, you are welcome to schedule a consultation to learn more and discuss your individual health goals.
What is regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine
Regenerative medicine is a branch of biologic medicine focused on therapies that aim to repair, replace, or support the function of injured, diseased, or damaged cells, tissues, or organs.
Supporting the body’s natural wisdom
With thoughtful guidance, regenerative wellness can be part of a personalized path toward feeling stronger, healthier, and more informed.
What kinds of products will be offered?
Chah Acutherapy plans to offer several biologic-based wellness products that may be used in different ways depending on a patient’s needs and the provider’s recommendation. These may include:
- Eye drops
- Nasal spray
- Skin care
- Hair care
- Immunity boosting
What’s unique about these products is the use of exosomes. Stem cells target a single area in your body whereas exosomes are a derivative of stem cells. Exosomes are tiny particles released by cells that help them communicate with one another. They seek out areas within your body that need repair. This medicine is manufactured in living cells and is designed to direct your immune system to specific areas to repair or improve, acting like natural antibodies to identify and attack unhealthy cells. What’s exciting is that it gives you exactly what you need and enhances you.
Biologics are evidence-based medicine that may show
87% effectiveness with little to no side effects.

This illustration shows exosomes as tiny, bubble-like particles released by cells. They carry natural signaling materials, such as proteins and genetic messages, that help cells communicate with one another. A simple way to think of exosomes is like tiny delivery envelopes: cells send them out carrying messages that other cells can receive and respond to.
Examples of conditions that can be treated are vast, so listing a few here:
- Sinusitis
- Preventing retinal tears
- Regenerates vascular tissue
- Improves hair growth
- Youth boosting
- Immune support
Why does sourcing matter?
With any biologic product, sourcing, handling, storage, and quality controls matter. Patients should feel comfortable asking where a product comes from, how it is screened, how it is transported, how it is stored, and what safeguards are in place to protect safety and quality.
Chah Acutherapy plans to work with The Center for Regenerative Medicine in Miami, Florida. Because biologic products can be sensitive to time, temperature, and handling, working with a nearby source may help support timely delivery, temperature monitoring, chain-of-custody tracking, and careful handling.
Alimorad Farshchian, MD, founded The Center for Regenerative Medicine in Miami in 2000. The Center describes its work as focused on clinical research, innovation, and regenerative approaches for selected health conditions.
A new path toward whole-person wellness
Regenerative medicine offers an opportunity to explore supportive care that is thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in education.
When Dr. Maria decided to explore regenerative medicine as a possible addition to her treatment options, she spent time researching sources and learning about product quality, handling, and patient safety. Her goal is to offer thoughtful, carefully considered options that align with Chah Acutherapy’s broader commitment to whole-person care.
Regenerative medicine can also remind us how connected human health is. From the generosity of donors to the work of researchers, clinicians, and care teams, many people contribute to advancing new possibilities in healing and wellness.
